Return & Refund Policy

1️⃣ Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. 

2️⃣ Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

3️⃣ Conditions for Return 

Returns will only be accepted if:

• The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item is not damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

4️⃣ Damaged / Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
